Orders are generally shipped USPS or FED EX depending on size within 2-3 business days after order is received. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Please allow 1 month on "Special Order" handcrafted wood products.
- Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Green Earth Products Inc., have a strict NO CASH - EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY - NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS policy and NO EXCHANGE OR CREDIT on any and all items deemed "Special Orders."
- Additional Charges will apply for heavier and oversize items.
- Any merchandise damaged in shipping must be reported within one (1) business day of receipt.
- All manufacturer defects can be handled through our customer service department.
